superkingph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your superkingph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
superkingph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. superkingph will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your device due to your use of the platform.
superkingph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
Upon termination of your account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in your superkingph account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC requirements and after deduction of any amounts owed to superkingph.
You may close your superkingph account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of account closure will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures.
